The SoTA Art Guild:
For too long a stereotype has existed, that of the starving artist. Many talented people go unnoticed by the so-called "mainstream" art world, simply because they have no access to it. Artists find themselves literally scraping for the very means of day-to-day survival and have no time (or materials) to be able to express themselves completely. Indeed, some artists tap into programs such as unemployment or welfare simply because they have no definable business skills. For those reasons we created The Sands of Time Artisians, for the artist in all of us. The SoTA is looking for People that have the desire to create, express, and show the many different forms of the ARTS. We would like to meet people that are willing to work together to make the world aware of the many different forms and styles of expressions that the individual Artists creates.
We are also looking for the art fans that relish the true nature of the forms of expressionism that the ARTS show, from the different styles of Artists. For it is the Artists, that are the true creator of such unique incredible pieces. They release and show rare parts of their own inner being to others, with every masterpiece that they create. Art is such a release, yet such a cherished gift to give of themselves to all that have a chance to appreciate the treasures, that the Artists has given to the admirer.
